The schedule for all other squads is as follows:
Monday — Friday, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Matawan Regional High School until school starts. After school begins practice will be 3 days a week.
These squads will cheer at football games, Cheer Expo or competitions.
There will also be a Cheer Clinic (date to be determined) |

Cheer Skill Divisions: White, Red and Blue Skill Division Guidelines are listed in the AYC Rule Book. AYC teams participating in the region and national competitions will need to declare a team’s skill division before the start of the fall competition season.

| Step is a form of dance that has been in existence for decades, it is sophisticated, synchronized chanting and stomping to a rhythmic beats from participants’ hands, feet and mouth.
